Areas of Investment
Direct Investments
Our main focus lies in majority investments in profitable, established private companies; usually, with an EBITDA below 10 million Euros.
We work with existing management or - if preferred - can bring in our own management and navigate all aspects of succession.
We are in it for the long run. Unlike Private Equity Funds, we buy companies to hold them, further develop them and save their legacy.
Private Equity Funds
We invest in GPs in the US and Europe with a track record of at least 6 years who demonstrate outstanding execution and a clear focus which lead to an edge over other managers.
Real Estate
We pursue a buy & hold strategy buying, developing and managing residential real estate in Germany’s tier 2 cities.
